Shane Lloyd, an Atlanta native, began his career in construction in 2003 after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Landscape Architecture. He gained experience by completing high end renovations and new home construction for a local, prominent builder and developer. In 2009, Shane founded Expert Renovations, LLC, which is now part of Lloyd Custom Homes. Shane’s attention to detail, quality, and excellent client relationships has led to a strong referral base of satisfied customers, as well as an outstanding reputation in the industry.
Lloyd Custom Homes is a local, family-owned business, and Shane works alongside his wife Tinika, who manages the business and financial operations of the company. Together, they are raising their five children and remain actively committed to the community through their involvement in their children’s schools, sports, and activities.
